ExchangeRight Adds External Wholesaler Danny Carmona to Sales Team
ExchangeRight, one of the nation’s largest sponsors of securitized 1031-exchangeable real estate investments, has hired Danny Carmona as senior vice president over the Western region to serve alongside Beth Veloz.
ExchangeRight, one of the nation’s largest sponsors of securitized 1031-exchangeable real estate investments, has hired Danny Carmona as senior vice president over the Western region to serve alongside Beth Veloz.
Carmona, who specializes in 1031 exchanges, Delaware statutory trusts, and real estate investment trusts, will oversee the marketing of the company’s private placement offerings.
Prior to joining ExchangeRight, Carmona was an assistant vice president at Cantor Fitzgerald, and according to his LinkedIn profile, he previously served as an assistant vice president at Realty Capital Securities and a senior internal wholesaler at Steadfast Companies. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University Long Beach currently maintains FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
ExchangeRight is a privately held firm based in Pasadena, California. Together with its affiliates, the company has more than $2.3 billion in assets under management. Its platform includes 650 properties totaling more than 14 million square feet located throughout 38 states.
