DiCesaro Returns to Skyway Capital Markets as Senior Managing Director

Investment banking firm Skyway Capital Markets LLC shared that Jim DiCesaro has rejoined the mergers and acquisitions practice as senior managing director.
With over 25 years of capital markets experience, DiCesaro returned to Skyway Capital after completing an approximately four-year investor/adviser assignment as director of capital markets with Tampa-based biotechnology company Vycellix.
DiCesaro was at Skyway Capital Markets from 2018 to 2020 and Skyway Advisors LLC from 2014 to 2016. In between and prior to, he was at International Assets Advisory LLC from 2010 to 2014 and 2016 to 2018.
After focusing primarily on strategic advisory and raising growth equity and debt for both private and public companies, DiCesaro joined Skyway Capital’s M&A advisory group with a fresh perspective on creating optimal exit strategies for founder-led and family-owned businesses. His areas of specialization span multiple sectors, including healthcare, biotechnology, services, restaurants, and consumer products.

DiCesaro is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business with a degree in business administration and a concentration in engineering sciences.
He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and Securities Industry Essentials licenses.
