WealthForge, a financial technology company that helps automate investments into alternative securities, has launched Altigo Marketplace to help registered investment advisors source and allocate alternative investments.
The RIA Marketplace is an expansion of Altigo’s electronic trade processing platform, which hosts more than 50 active offerings from 22 sponsors. The company said that RIAs can access the Marketplace at no cost.
“We envision a world where alternative investments are as easy to own as a mutual fund,” said Mat Dellorso, co-founder of WealthForge. “Altigo Marketplace combines a tech-enabled transaction process with a showcase of quality offerings in order to make it easier for RIAs to do more alternative investment business, diversify client portfolios, and grow their [assets under management] by attracting higher net worth clients.”
The Altigo platform currently hosts a range of alternative investment products, such as private placement funds, non-traded REITs, qualified opportunity zone funds, and 80 percent of all live 1031 exchange Delaware statutory trust products. Since Altigo was first announced nearly a year ago, the company reports transactions in excess of $100 million submitted through the platform.
