A DST Offering is Closed to New Investors
Capital Square Realty Advisors, LLC (Capital Square) recently announced that its Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investment offering of Bridgeview Apartments in Tampa, Florida has been fully subscribed by investors.
Bridgeview Apartments contains 348 units in 17 residential buildings, which range from two to three stories. The garden-style multifamily community also features a clubhouse that has a business center, swimming pool, playground, fitness center, and tennis and racquetball courts.

The company recently hired two industry veterans, Don Ferrari and William “Hugh” Black, to join its sales team, which distributes through a selling group of about 20 broker dealers.
