Roger Anscher Joins GPB Capital as COO and General Counsel
GPB Capital Holdings, LLC, a global investment management firm focused on income-producing private equity and real estate, hired Roger Anscher to serve as chief operating officer and general counsel.
Anscher brings more than 20 years of industry experience to GPB. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the chief operating officer, general counsel, and chief compliance officer for Equinox Partners where he oversaw operations, legal, compliance, accounting, technology, and human resources.
Before Equinox Partners, Anscher spent a decade as chief operating officer at Ramius LLC. During that time, he also served as chief operating officer and general counsel for Ramius Alternative Solutions, Ramius’ multi-manager business. Anscher earned his juris doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and is a certified public accountant in the state of New York.
