Pacific Oak Capital Markets Hires Senior Wholesaler for SoCal Territory
Alternative investment distributor Pacific Oak Capital Markets LLC announced that financial services industry veteran Tracy Mousner has joined the company as senior regional vice president for the Southern California territory. Mousner will build and maintain relationships with financial intermediaries throughout Southern California, Southern Nevada, and Hawaii.

Mousner brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has expertise in an array of alternative investments including real estate investment trusts, private equity, infrastructure, business development companies, credit, DSTs, and qualified opportunity zones.
Recently, he was a regional sales director with NexPoint Securities from 2022 to 2024, where he was responsible for capital raise within the Four Corners territory.
His previous experience also includes serving as vice president of capital markets with Peachtree Hotel Group from 2015 to 2022 and regional vice president with Ridgewood Securities Corporation from 2008 to 2013.
Mousner holds FINRA Series 7, 22, 62, and 63 licenses.
Earlier this year, Pacific Oak hired a senior regional vice president, Jim Sears, to oversee its Four Corners region: In his new position, Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Utah.
