Madison Commercial Names Director of Acquisitions

Madison Commercial has appointed Louis F. Goodmon as director of acquisitions. He will lead efforts to identify and secure net leased assets in the traditional retail, convenience store, and car wash sectors for the company’s Delaware statutory trust and fund platforms.

Goodmon previously held positions as director at Southern States Realty Group LLC, and associate at CRHMI/CORE Pacific Advisors in Newport Beach, Calif.

According to previous reporting by The DI Wire last month, Madison Capital Group launched Madison Commercial to expand its retail platform with a focus on net lease acquisitions and built-to-suit developments. Though the parent company says it has experience in these areas through its affiliated entity – Cameron Property Company – Madison Commercial aims to capitalize on synergies and drive more effective growth, now with the value-add of Goodmon’s skills.
