Lighthouse Life Acquires Life Settlement Industry Advertising Brand

Lighthouse Life Capital’s parent company, Lighthouse Life Strategies Inc., announced the acquisition of select assets from Harbor Life Settlements, the life settlement market’s leading search engine optimization lead generation brand. The acquisition included Harbor Life’s websites, data, and technology.

Lighthouse Life, which sponsors private placements, expects the acquisition to immediately increase its overall lead generation volumes by more than 30%. This would further allow the company to position itself as a leading originator and reseller of life insurance policies by leveraging multiple lead generation and advertising strategies, according to Lighthouse Life.

“Acquiring Harbor Life’s assets, including their go-to-market consumer brand and all underlying intellectual property, enhances Lighthouse Life’s lead generation capabilities,” said Michael Freedman, chief executive officer of Lighthouse Life.

“Our continued growth and strategic plans place the company as a true and trusted market-maker for longevity-risk asset funds and managers, employing multiple brands for lead generation and other strategies to accelerate our life policy acquisitions,” added Freedman.

The Harbor Life acquisition follows Lighthouse Life’s recent year-to-date financial reporting which revealed significant growth, including a 21% increase in total acquisitions, a 225% increase in net death benefit of policies purchased, and a 102% increase in total revenue for the six months ended March 31, 2024, vs. March 31, 2023.
