Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Vice President (AVP) to join our team at Pacific Oak Capital Markets in Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with financial advisors and driving sales growth for our alternative investment offerings. While we prefer in-office employees, remote work options may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Conduct proactive outreach to financial advisors within assigned territories
  • Provide comprehensive product information and investment updates
  • Offer sales support and share innovative sales ideas
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and service issues
  • Set quality appointments for RVPs to increase market penetration
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Competitive drive and results-oriented mindset
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding presentation skills
