Invesco REIT Reports 0.25% October Increase in Total Net Asset Value

Invesco Real Estate Income Trust Inc. – a publicly registered non-listed real estate investment trust that invests primarily in stabilized, income-oriented commercial real estate in the United States – declared a monthly net asset value per share for its classes of common stock, as of Oct. 31, 2024.

The company reported that its aggregate NAV increased in value by nearly 0.25% month-over-month. The NAV was approximately $629.4 million at the close of October 2024 and $627.9 million at the close of September 2024.

The transaction price for each class of common stock for subscriptions accepted as of Dec. 1, 2024 (and repurchases as of Nov. 30) is as follows:

Class T shares had a NAV per share of $26.9824, compared to $27.1109 the previous month, a decrease of 0.47%.

Class S shares had a NAV per share of $27.0333, compared to $27.1622 the previous month, a decrease of 0.48%.

Class D shares had a NAV per share of $26.9982, compared to $27.1270 the previous month, a decrease of 0.48%.

Class I shares had a NAV per share of $27.1323, compared to $27.2504 the previous month, a decrease of 0.43%.

Class E shares had a NAV per share of $28.6575, compared to $28.7630 the previous month, a decrease of 0.37%.

Shares were originally priced at $25.00 each. The REIT had approximately 22.6 million shares outstanding at the end of October.

The REIT launched its public offering, which seeks to raise up to $3 billion, in May 2021. As of Nov. 11, 2024, the company had sold $212.2 million worth of common stock shares in its primary offering and $3.3 million worth of common stock shares pursuant to its distribution reinvestment plan.
