PREP Securities Adds Trio of Senior Sales Professionals to Distribution Team

PREP Securities LLC, the broker-dealer affiliate of PREP Property Group, has added several senior professionals to its distribution team. PREP Securities manages the selling group of third-party broker-dealer firms that raise capital for offerings sponsored by PREP Property Group.

Joining PREP Securities in October was Angela Clakley, associate vice president, internal sales for PREP’s Central and Midwest territories. Clakley brings over three decades of experience in financial services, including nearly two decades specifically in the alternative investments corner of the industry with stints at Hines from 2005 to 2010, Hartman in 2017, and Legendary Capital. Clakley holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses and is partnered with Bill Auble, regional vice president.

Arriving at PREP earlier in the year was the external/internal wholesaling team of Mark Wander, regional vice president; and Reggie Cabral, associate vice president, internal sales. Wander arrived at PREP with several decades of experience in retail securities services and wholesaling various financial products, including more than two decades in the alternative investment space focused on real estate. Cabral has more than two decades of registered experience in the financial services industry, with more than 15 years of that in real estate-related alternative investments. Wander and Cabral cover the Eastern territories for PREP.

Before arriving at PREP, Wander was at S2K Financial from 2023 to 2024, Arete Wealth Management in 2022, Shopoff Securities from 2018 to 2022, and Select Capital Corporation from 2017 to 2018. He holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Prior to PREP, Cabral was at S2K Financial and Alps Distributors in 2023, Emerson Equity from 2018 to 2022, Select Capital Corporation in 2018, and Inland Securities Corporation from 2017 to 2018. He holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 82TO licenses.
