A new opportunity has arisen in the bustling city of Houston, Texas. Real estate and investment firm Hines is on the lookout for an Internal Sales Associate for their corporate office.
The Internal Sales Associate will assist in handling incoming service calls from brokers and shareowners, resolving account issues, providing support for REIT sales projects, and keeping up to date with all the latest product offerings.
The company currently provides two separate types of investment offerings.
Hines REIT and Hines Global REIT were launched in order to expand upon opportunities available to individual investors both within the U.S. and internationally.
In 2012, Hines also launched HMS Income Fund, a non-traded business development company (BCD) sold through Hines Securities.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales or marketing experience and should be able to obtain the Series 7 and 63 licenses within an approved time frame. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Hines is a privately owned real estate firm focused on property management and global investments. They currently have offices in 18 countries with approximately $28.2 billion in controlled assets.
