Go Store It Self Storage, a subsidiary of Madison Capital Group, has opened its latest state-of-the-art facility in Pico Rivera, just 11 miles south of downtown Los Angeles, Calif.
The new Go Store It Pico Rivera facility – a property within the Madison Retail Box Conversion REIT portfolio – has 48,000 square feet of rentable storage space, featuring over 600 units with climate-controlled options. Unit sizes range from 5×5 to 10×20, catering to the community’s storage needs.
