Go Store It Self-Storage, a self-storage provider and an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, has opened a storage facility in Naples, Florida.

Located at 220 Basik Drive, the 107,194-square-foot building is the adaptive reuse of the former Big Cypress Marketplace. According to the company, Go Store It and general contractor Liberty Solutions transformed the space into a “modern, secure” storage facility.

The property is near Collier Seminole State Park and Publix Super Market at the Shoppes at Fiddler’s Creek.

“Go Store It saw a need in the Naples MSA for self-storage, and we’re proud to provide a modern, climate-controlled facility that will benefit both locals and visitors,” said chief operating officer Beau Agnello. “With very little storage in the Lely Resort area, we aim to fill a gap to service the Naples-Marco market. Located off Tamiami Trail, we’re proud that our property will benefit local businesses and the community searching for storage.”

The newly renovated facility includes 503 secure, climate-controlled storage units, offering residents and businesses in Marco Island, South Naples, Goodland, Lely Resort, Everglades City and surrounding areas storage. The company says that features include secure electronic access and ClickandStor™ 24/7 Move-In.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Go Store It is an affiliate of Madison Capital Group and specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of self-storage assets throughout the United States. Currently, the company has more than 7.1 million square feet of storage space under management and construction.
