CNL Compliance Officer to Speak at National Regulatory Services Conference
CNL Fund Advisors Company, advisor to non-traded BDC, Corporate Capital Trust, is sending its chief compliance officer to the 29th annual National Regulatory Services Spring Investment Advisor and Broker-Dealer Compliance Conference.
Susan Terenzio will be speaking at the conference, which will be held May 13-15 the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Terenzio’s talk is titled “Investment Company Issues for Investment Advisers,” and will explore a number of topics, including valuations, 15(c) processes and observations, alternative mutual funds, exchange traded products, payments for distribution in guise and fund governance.
The conference is packed with discussions and panels, as well as workshops and speakers. Industry experts attend the conference to discuss regulatory news and relevant topics for compliance professionals, in addition to ethics, disclosure, and effective practices.
