Class I shares had an NAV per share of $25.42, compared to $24.86 the previous month.
Class T shares had an NAV per share of $25.40, compared to $24.84 the previous month.
Class D shares had an NAV per share of $25.41, compared to $24.86 the previous month.
Class S shares had an NAV per share of $25.40, compared to $24.84 the previous month.
Investments in real estate increased from $552.1 million in October to $631.9 million in November, while investments in real estate-related assets remained flat at around $35 million. Cash and cash equivalents decreased slightly from $21.7 million in October to $20.5 million in November, and other assets increased from $6.1 million to $8.2 million.
Debt obligations at fair market value increased from ($307.8 million) in October to ($340.5 million) in November. Accounts payable and other liabilities increased from ($6.7 million) to ($7.4 million) month-over-month, while non-controlling interests in subsidiaries increased from ($78.9 million) to ($109.8 million). Shares outstanding totaled 9.1 million at November 2021, compared to nearly 8.7 million the previous month.
Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust launched in March 2017 to invest in a portfolio of income-producing commercial real-estate, as well as debt secured by commercial real estate, located primarily in the United States. The REIT has raised $232.6 million in investor equity as of October 2021.
