Class I shares had an NAV per share of $24.56 as of July 31, 2021, compared to $24.26 the previous month.
Class T shares had an NAV per share of $24.54, compared to $24.24 the previous month.
Class D shares had an NAV per share of $24.55, compared to $24.25 the previous month.
Class S shares had an NAV per share of $24.54, compared to $24.24 the previous month.
Investments in real estate increased from $391.4 million in June to $552.8 million in July, while investments in real estate-related assets remained unchanged at $33.2 million. Debt obligations at fair market value increased from ($194.2 million) in June to ($313.9 million) in July. Accounts payable and other liabilities decreased from ($14.5 million) to ($5.2 million) month-over-month, while non-controlling interests in subsidiaries increased from ($66.3 million) to ($83.9 million). Shares outstanding increased from 7.5 million to 7.9 million month-over-month.
Cantor Fitzgerald Income Trust launched in March 2017 to invest in a portfolio of income-producing commercial real-estate and debt secured by commercial real estate located primarily in the United States. The REIT has raised $202.1 million in investor equity as of June 2021.
