Skyway Capital Markets Adds External Wholesaler to Lead Northeast Sales

Skyway Capital Markets LLC recently added Ran Fuchs as senior vice president to lead sales efforts in the company’s Northeastern region.

Prior to joining Skyway, Fuchs was head of capital markets at IDB Capital, a subsidiary of IDB Bank, where he helped grow the firm’s alternative and tax-incentivized offering capabilities from 2019 to 2023. Fuchs also previously worked at Cantor Fitzgerald from 2016 to 2019, where he focused on the firm’s 1031 exchange and qualified opportunity zone funds. He was at Realty Capital Securities from 2008 to 2016.

Fuchs has raised over $1 billion of equity and debt capital across various structures, including real estate investment trusts, business development companies, Delaware statutory trusts, QOFs, private equity and venture capital, as well as asset classes and strategies.

Fuchs holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79TO registrations, as well as having completed the Securities Industry Essentials Examination.
