Job Description:
As Operations/Client Success Associate at 1776ing, you will work directly with our Head of Operations and Technology team in supporting the day-to-day functions of the business. Your responsibilities include supporting existing partnerships by ensuring adoption of the platform and resolving problems through data analytics skills. Proficiency in data and client support is crucial as this role will be heavily involved in the ongoing build out of our technology platform and addressing client needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within the Financial Technology and Private Equity space, focusing on infrastructure and growth. There’s a growth trajectory leading to Vice President Operations & Client Success with supporting staff. The role demands autonomy, decision-making ability, and the capacity to navigate ambiguity while delivering specific services. It’s client-facing, involving platform demos, client presentations, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Registered Representatives, Registered Investment Advisors and Investors with the onboarding experience. (website registration, investor subscription, AML docs, etc.)
- Navigating clients through the subscription process and assisting and managing fund closings.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by responding to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Optimizing the user experience through collaboration and communication with the development team.
- Demonstrating exceptional time management skills with the ability to handles multiple tasks at once.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience in the Client Service and Investor Relations field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Financial Industry preferred. Prior experience with Alternative Investments is a plus.
Technology Skills
- Advance Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to use Modern Technology; HubSpot, Mail Chimp and other technology platforms.
- Familiarity with DTCC AIP is a plus.
