Job Description:
- Responsible for driving institutional investment sales, building, and managing relationships with institutional investors, and leading strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Focused on promoting and selling the Essential Income REIT to a targeted institutional clientele.
- Collaborate and work with ExchangeRight’s National Accounts team and our external wholesalers.
- This position will require deep expertise in equity capital markets, financial acumen, and a proven history in raising capital from large investors or institutions for alternative investments such as real estate.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in raising significant institutional equity capital for real estate or alternative investments.
- Ability to travel as frequently as required for capital raising and relationship management responsibilities.
