Job Description:

  • Responsible for driving institutional investment sales, building, and managing relationships with institutional investors, and leading strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Focused on promoting and selling the Essential Income REIT to a targeted institutional clientele.
  • Collaborate and work with ExchangeRight’s National Accounts team and our external wholesalers.
  • This position will require deep expertise in equity capital markets, financial acumen, and a proven history in raising capital from large investors or institutions for alternative investments such as real estate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in raising significant institutional equity capital for real estate or alternative investments.
  • Ability to travel as frequently as required for capital raising and relationship management responsibilities.
