A new external wholesaling opportunity has arisen in the sunny skies of Southern California.
Sponsor of real estate offerings, Shopoff Realty Investments is looking to expand its sales team in the Western Region.
The external wholesaler will be responsible for introducing and selling alternative investment products and building client relationships.
Based in Irvine, California, the privately held company focuses on creating value by repositioning commercial properties that generate income and repurposing land entitlements.
Since 1992 Shopoff Realty Investments has completed over 400 full cycle investments and has acquired five million square feet of commercial properties.
Candidates should possess strong interpersonal communication skills as well as recent external/internal wholesaling experience with non-traded alternative investment products.
The ideal candidate will also have existing broker-dealer client relationships and a committed focus on company growth and products.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 66 is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
