Versity Investments Names Senior Vice President and National Accounts Manager
Versity Investments LLC, a real estate investment firm formerly known as NB Private Capital, appoints senior vice president and national accounts manager.
Versity Investments LLC, a real estate investment firm formerly known as NB Private Capital, has promoted Tyler Carter to the new position of senior vice president and national accounts manager.
Carter, who has more than 12 years of industry experience, joined Versity’s sales team in December 2020 as a senior regional vice president. He previously served as a registered representative with Cabin Securities, and before that, was a national account manager at NuView IRA, according to his LinkedIn profile.
“In the short time since Tyler joined Versity Investments, he has distinguished himself,” said Jason Kjellson, executive vice president at Versity. “Tyler’s track record of success in a national accounts capacity will be a huge benefit to us as we continue a record-breaking year.”
Carter holds a bachelor’s degree in applied economics from Florida State University, as well as FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 securities licenses.
Versity Investments is a sponsor of private placement offerings and specializes in student housing and multifamily projects. The company said that it has raised “several hundred million dollars in equity investments,” and owns a portfolio of 30 properties located in 17 states.
