Triton Pacific Adds a Pair to its Distribution Team

Triton Pacific Investment Corporation’s (TPIC) dealer manager, Triton Pacific Securities, LLC (TPS) recently added two industry executives to its distribution team in Jason Kjellson and William Lowe.

Mr. Kjellson will serve as Director for the Central U.S. tasked with leading sales efforts in the region.  Most recently, he was the Head of Distribution for Time Equities, Inc.

Mr. Lowe joins TPS as a Regional Vice President from Platinum Equity, a Los Angeles-based multi-billion dollar private equity firm where he served as a Private Equity Associate.

TPIC is Triton Pacific Group’s first SEC registered non-listed Business Development Company on the heels of four Reg-D private equity funds that were raised in the broker dealer community.

TPIC is a growth and income focused BDC that invests in buyouts, structured equity and debt of private companies.
