Triloma Energy Advisors Names Director of Fund Administration

Triloma Energy Advisors, Triloma Financial Group’s registered investment adviser subsidiary, has named Hill Huckman director of fund administration

In his new role, Hill is responsible for the administrative, tax and operational activities for the Triloma EIG Energy Income Funds. He also leads the day-to-day management and oversight of certain third-party service providers and manages the engagement of the external auditor.

The Triloma EIG Energy Income Funds are unlisted investment companies that invest primarily in a global portfolio of privately originated energy company and project debt.

Hill previously served as fund tax director for Transamerica where he was responsible for procedure development, distribution calculations, tax return reporting, and financial statement preparation. He was also a member of the company’s valuation committee, investment risk committee, and trade oversight committee.

In addition to his experience with Transamerica, Hill held various positions with Invesco, including senior tax accountant, overseeing various aspects of financial and tax accounting for registered investment companies. Hill received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accountancy from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
