Trilogy Hires Regional Vice President of Internal Sales

Trilogy Real Estate Group, a Chicago-based real estate investment and property management firm, has hired a regional vice president of internal sales.

Trilogy Real Estate Group, a Chicago-based real estate investment and property management firm, has hired Omar Limon as regional vice president of internal sales for its equity markets group. In his new role, Limon will be responsible for supporting sales efforts for Trilogy’s private and public investment programs offered through the independent broker-dealer and registered investment advisor distribution channels.

Limon has nearly 20 years of experience with alternative investments including private equity, opportunity zones, 1031 exchanges, non-traded real estate investment trusts and variable annuity products. Trilogy noted that Limon has “consistently been recognized as a top-performing internal wholesaler” in previous roles with Red Oak Capital Group, Shopoff Realty Investments, Griffin Capital Securities, Grubb & Ellis and Pacific Life. Prior to joining the firm, he served as vice president of sales at CM Pacific Capital, and before that, at Participant Capital.

Limon holds a bachelor’s in business administration, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
