Stira Capital Markets Group, the securities and financial services division of Steadfast Companies, has named Matthew Podolsky as regional vice president for their Northwest region.
In this role, Podolsky will manage the company’s sales efforts, support registered reps and advisors, and cultivate its broker-dealer channel throughout Northern California, Northern Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana.

Prior to joining the Stira team, Podolsky was senior vice president of sales at Provasi Capital Partners LP, where he crafted broker-dealer relationships in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Over the past 12 years, he has raised capital for closed-end funds, REITs, oil and gas, real estate partnerships, 1031 exchanges, and more, the company said.
Prior to entering the securities space, Podolsky worked in commercial real estate, holding vice president positions at both CB Richard Ellis Inc. and Cushman & Wakefield of California Inc.
Podolsky earned a bachelor’s degree in regional development and urban planning from the University of Arizona. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
