Starwood REIT Updates Monthly NAV Per Share

Starwood Real Estate Income Trust Inc., a perpetual-life monthly NAV REIT sponsored by an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, has updated the monthly net asset values for its Class S, Class I, Class D and Class T shares of common stock, as of July 31, 2019.

The initial offering price of each class of common stock was $20.00 per share, plus applicable selling commissions and dealer manager fees.

Class S shares, which are purchased through brokerage and transaction-based accounts, have a net asset value per share of approximately $20.93. Last month, Class S shares had a monthly net asset value of approximately $20.96 each.

Class I shares, which have a net asset value per share of approximately $20.91, are sold to endowments, foundations, pension funds and other institutional investors, as well to REIT executives, directors, and their immediate family members. Last month, Class I shares had a net asset value per share of nearly $20.96.

Class D shares have a net asset value per share of approximately $20.82 each and are sold through fee-based programs known as wrap accounts, and through participating broker-dealers, certain registered investment advisers, and through bank trust departments or other organizations. Last month, Class D shares had a NAV per share of approximately $20.89.

Class T shares have a per share NAV of approximately $20.77 and are available through brokerage and transaction-based accounts. Last month, Class T shares had a per share NAV of $20.82.

Starwood Real Estate Income Trust launched its $5 billion offering in December 2018 and invests in stabilized real estate across the United States and Europe. The company has raised $383.6 million in investor equity, as of the second quarter of 2019, and owned 26 investments in real estate with an investment cost of $688.2 million and had 42 positions in real estate-related securities totaling $139.9 million.

Starwood Capital Group is a private investment firm with a core focus on global real estate, energy infrastructure, and oil and gas, and since its inception in 1991, has raised $45 billion of equity capital. The firm currently has in excess of $60 billion of assets under management.
