Spring Hills Marketing, a division of Spring Hills Senior Communities, has hired Matt Peoples as senior vice president of business development.
Peoples has experience in product development, product management, national accounts, and sales. The company said that in his new role, he will implement new strategies designed to support the promotion of Spring Hills Holdings LLC, the company’s Regulation D private placement offering, to the broker-dealer and registered investment advisor communities.
Peoples has held a variety of senior roles at product sponsors and broker-dealers, and before joining Spring Hills, he served as head of national accounts at Sealy & Company.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Peoples previously served as SVP of national accounts at PTX Securities, vice president of operations and national accounts at The Lightstone Group, and regional vice president at Thompson National Properties.
“I have known and admired Matt for years,” said Eric Retzlaff, managing director. “Importantly, he is well-respected by his clients and peers. His experience and demonstrated successes will be a great asset as we continue to grow the Spring Hills Marketing team and distribution platform.”
Spring Hills Senior Communities is the owner/operator of a portfolio of assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities. Founded in 1999, Spring Hills Senior Communities has more than 5000 employees providing independent living and skilled nursing to residents and patients.
According to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Spring Hills Holdings is a private placement offering that seeks to raise $100 million in investor equity and raised $61.9 million as of September 11, 2020.
