RK Properties, a sponsor of non-traded alternative investments, is pleased to announce the hiring of Jessica (Jessie) King as executive assistant.

In her new role initially, Jessie will primarily focus on the property management of our apartment portfolios.  She also looks forward to learning and wearing multiple hats in other facets of our business. We self-manage all our properties, and this is a great place for Jessie to start because it is the basis of the company’s success.

Jessie is the eldest grandchild to William Rance King (RK), the founder and president.  She is also Steve King’s eldest child of three.

“We are very excited to have Jessie on board full time and know that she will add to the continued success of the company,” said Steve King, chief operating officer.

Prior to joining RK Properties, Jessie worked as a multifamily real estate agent at Marcus & Millichap since 2019 where she facilitated the purchase, sale, and 1031 exchange of commercial real estate. During her time at Marcus & Millichap, she was awarded the Pace Setter Award in 2019 and named Rookie of the Year in 2020.

As a former Division I athlete and alumni from Pepperdine University, Jessie brings to the table exceptional discipline and vigor, and she enthusiastically welcomes challenges.

RK Properties, founded in 1976, offers multifamily replacement properties for 1031 tax deferred exchanges, as well as straight capital investment opportunities for accredited investors who are seeking a real estate investment. As of April 2022, the firm has sponsored 161 private placement programs, of which 146 have gone full cycle.
