Skyway Capital Markets Hires Managing Director

Skyway Capital Markets LLC, a managing broker-dealer and wholesale securities distribution firm, announced that Philip Jensen has been named managing director.

In his role, Jensen will be primarily focused on Skyway’s capital formation and fundraising activities for one of its energy sponsors, where Jensen will also serve as head of capital markets.

Prior to joining Skyway, Jensen was a managing director of national accounts for APX Energy. Jensen also previously worked as the director of capital markets for Ascendant Capital for nearly three years. He began his capital raising career with Hines Real Estate Investments from 2004 to 2016 in various marketing roles for Hines Real Estate Investments and its affiliated broker-dealer, Hines Securities. Combined among Hines Securities, Ascendant Capital, and APX Energy, Skyway says Jensen helped these businesses raise over $7 billion in capital.
