Six New Hires for United Realty

Sponsor of alternative investment programs, United Realty, recently announced that it has expanded its national distribution team. The company, which sponsors the $1 billion non-traded REIT, United Realty Trust, has hired six individuals as national accounts and sales professionals.

Jacob Frydman, Chairman and CEO of United Realty commented, “United Realty is focused on the strategic expansion of our distribution team, which is in line with our fundraising and product expansion goals.” He continued, “These latest additions to United Realty’s team will help our company achieve its goals of providing innovative, best-in-class real estate based investments to the independent broker dealer and investment advisor communities.”

The new hires include two new National Accounts Managers, Peter Ratcliffe and John Cunningham. Both will be responsible for managing and expanding United Realty’s broker-dealer key contact relationships to support fundraising and platform growth goals.

Also added to United Realty’s team is Bill Dodson as Regional Vice President of Sales, Northeast Region who will be in charge of establishing and maintaining advisor relationships in the Northeast of the U.S.

Arthur Gonsalves has been hired as Regional Vice President of United Realty Advisors and will be charged with establishing and maintaining advisor relationships in the Mid-Atlantic U.S.

Also joining the company is Roger Goncalves as Assistant Vice President of Product Distribution for United Realty Advisors. He will aid in managing relationships with financial advisors and registered investment advisors and in fund raising efforts across all United Realty products.

Additionally, Chris Greene has been hired as Assistant Vice President of National Sales for United Realty Advisors where he is responsible for internal sales throughout the Northeast.
