Sierra Income Corporation to Hold Investor Update Call

Sierra Income Corporation, a publicly registered non-traded business development company, announced that it will release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 on May 10, 2016 after the close of the financial markets.

The company will host an investor update conference call and audio webcast at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, May 11, 2016.

All interested parties may participate in the conference call by dialing (877) 498-8654 approximately 10-15 minutes prior to the call. Participants should reference Sierra Income Corporation and the conference identification of 91664335 when prompted.

To listen to the live call via webcast, visit the company’s website, at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the call to register and download any necessary audio software. For a period of 30 days following the call, an audio replay will be available on the company’s website. Alternatively, a replay can be accessed via phone by dialing (855) 859-2056 and using the conference identification of 91664335 before the end of the day (11:59 PM Eastern Time) on May 18, 2016.

Sierra is a non-traded business development company that invests primarily in first lien senior secured debt, second lien secured debt and, to a lesser extent, subordinated debt of middle market companies in a broad range of industries with annual revenue between $50 million and $1 billion. The company has raised $828 million in investor equity as of March 31, 2013.
