Select Capital Corporation Hires VP of National Accounts

Select Capital Corporation, the dealer manager for private offerings and public non-traded real estate investment trusts sponsored by SmartStop Asset Management, hired Aaron Pearce as vice president of national accounts.

Pearce, an industry veteran of nearly 16 years, was senior vice president of practice management for Celera Financial Group. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president of practice management and advisor training for First Allied Securities and a regional vice president for Genworth Financial. He has also worked as a wholesaler for Curian Capital and AIG SunAmerica Retirement Markets.

Pearce earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University and a master’s degree with a concentration in corporate finance from the University of San Diego. He is a certified wealth strategist with Cannon Financial Institute, holds an insurance license with California life and health and is an accredited investment fiduciary. He holds the series 7, 6 and 63 FINRA licenses.
