Class A shares had an NAV per share of $17.40 on May 2nd and were valued at $17.26 on May 31st.

Class I shares had an NAV per share of $17.50 on May 2nd and were valued at $17.35 on May 31st.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $17.44 on May 2nd and were valued at $17.30 on May 31st.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $17.54 on May 2nd and were valued at $17.39 on May 31st.

Class N shares had an NAV per share of $17.46 on May 2nd and were valued at $17.31 on May 31st.

Class A and Class T shares are available to the general public, and Class I are available through fee-based programs and to institutional investors. Class D shares are currently being offered through a private placement offering, and Class N shares are not available for purchase except through the REIT’s distribution reinvestment plan.

RREEF Property Trust invests primarily in income-producing commercial real estate located in the United States, including office, industrial, retail and apartment properties. The REIT also invests in the common and preferred stock of REITs and other real estate companies and debt investments backed principally by real estate.

As of the first quarter of 2022, RREEF Property Trust’s real estate portfolio included 15 properties totaling 1.9 million square feet and valued at $592 million, while its real estate securities portfolio was valued at $34.7 million. The initial public offering was declared effective in January 2013 and has raised $305.7 million in investor equity as of March 2022.
