During January 2022, the NAV per share increased approximately 0.2 percent to 0.3 percent for each share class, which the company attributed to an approximate 0.8 percent increase in the value of its real estate property portfolio and an approximate 8.1 percent decrease in the value of its real estate securities portfolio.

Class A shares had an NAV per share of $16.77 on January 3rd and were valued at $16.83 on January 31st.

Class I shares had an NAV per share of $16.87 on January 3rd and were valued at $16.92 on January 31st.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $16.81 on January 3rd and were valued at $16.86 on January 31st.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $16.90 on January 3rd and were valued at $16.95 on January 31st.

Class N shares had an NAV per share of $16.83 on January 3rd and were valued at $16.88 on January 31st.

Class A and Class T shares are available to the general public, and Class I are available through fee-based programs and to institutional investors. Class D shares are currently being offered through a private placement offering, and Class N shares are not available for purchase except through the REIT’s distribution reinvestment plan.

In other company news, RREEF Property Trust recently extended its public offering for an additional year to January 2023.

RREEF Property Trust invests primarily in income-producing commercial real estate located in the United States, including office, industrial, retail and apartment properties. The REIT also invests in the common and preferred stock of REITs and other real estate companies and debt investments backed principally by real estate.

As of the third quarter of 2021, RREEF Property Trust’s real estate portfolio included 14 properties totaling nearly 1.7 million square feet and valued at $423.9 million, while its real estate securities portfolio consisted of publicly traded common stock of 31 REITs with a value of nearly $28.3 million. The initial public offering was declared effective in January 2013 and has raised $282.4 million in investor equity as of October 2021.
