RREEF Property Trust Posts Daily NAVs for June 2021 and Rent Collections Update

During June 2021, the NAV per share increased approximately 0.7 percent to 0.9 percent for each share class, which the company attributed to a roughly 0.5 percent increase in the value of its real estate property portfolio, combined with an approximate 2.8 percent increase in the value of its real estate equity securities portfolio.

Class A shares had an NAV per share of $15.05 on June 1st and were valued at $15.15 on June 30th.

Class I shares had an NAV per share of $15.14 on June 1st and were valued at $15.24 on June 30th.

Class T shares had an NAV per share of $15.09 on June 1st and were valued at $15.19 on June 30th.

Class D shares had an NAV per share of $15.13 on June 1st and were valued at $15.23 on June 30th.

Class N shares had an NAV per share of $15.08 on June 1st and were valued at $15.19 on June 30th.

Class A and Class T shares are available to the general public, and Class I are available through fee-based programs and to institutional investors. Class D shares are currently being offered through a private placement offering, and Class N shares are not available for purchase except through the REIT’s distribution reinvestment plan.

The REIT’s property portfolio is diversified across the four primary sectors of commercial real estate: office, industrial, retail and apartment.

June 2021:

  • Office – 94.2 percent occupied and 100 percent of rent collected
  • Industrial – 100 percent occupied and 100 percent collected
  • Retail – 97.1 percent occupied and 99.2 percent collected
  • Apartment – 99.4 percent occupied and 99.8 percent collected

Second Quarter 2021:

  • Office – 100 percent of rent collected
  • Industrial – 100 percent collected
  • Retail – 99.4 percent collected
  • Apartment – 99.6 percent collected

As of June 30, 2021, the weighted average remaining lease term for the REIT’s commercial properties was 4.8 years.

As of the first quarter of 2021, the REIT’s real estate portfolio included 14 properties totaling nearly 1.7 million square feet and valued at $404.2 million. The REIT’s real estate securities portfolio consisted of publicly traded common stock of 34 REITs with a value of $22.1 million.
