RREEF Property Trust Changes Distribution Policy

As a daily NAV REIT, the board has historically authorized distributions to stockholders with a daily record date, and has accrued distributions on a daily basis, reducing its NAV for those accruals daily.

Beginning July 1, 2022, the REIT expects that distributions will be authorized and declared with a single record date for each month rather than with daily record dates.

Accordingly, distributions for each month will be accrued, reducing the NAV by the accrual once per month on the business day after the record date.

RREEF Property Trust will remain a daily NAV REIT that allows for daily share purchases and redemptions.

In addition, the REIT declared distributions for July 2022 of $0.075 per share for each class of common stock. The distribution will be paid on August 1, 2022 to stockholders of record on July 29, 2022. Stockholders for each share class will receive a net amount per share that includes a deduction for applicable distribution fees and dealer manager fees.

RREEF Property Trust invests primarily in income-producing commercial real estate located in the United States, including office, industrial, retail and apartment properties. The REIT also invests in the common and preferred stock of REITs and other real estate companies and debt investments backed principally by real estate.

As of the first quarter of 2022, RREEF Property Trust’s real estate portfolio included 15 properties totaling 1.9 million square feet and valued at $592 million, while its real estate securities portfolio was valued at $34.7 million. The initial public offering was declared effective in January 2013 and has raised $305.7 million in investor equity as of March 2022.
