Resource Real Estate’s Interval Fund Announces Quarterly Distribution

Resource Real Estate Diversified Income Fund (Resource Diversified) recently announced its quarterly distribution of $0.153 as of June 30, 2014. The figure translates to a 6.1% distribution yield. As the firm’s fifth consecutive quarterly distribution, the fund has now surpassed its target of 5%.

Constructed to have low correlation to broader markets, Resource Diversified is an interval fund that invests across multiple real estate sectors through publicly traded and private investments. It seeks to offer current income, risk diversification, and long-term appreciation through a portfolio of publicly traded REITs, REIT preferred equity, and non-traded REITs. The fund also has a liquidity feature through quarterly redemptions.
