REISA Adds New Member to its Board of Directors

REISA announced today that its Board of Directors has elected a new member to its ranks. John Grady was unanimously elected just prior to the REISA Spring Symposium held earlier this week.

Mr. Grady is chief operating officer of Realty Capital Securities, a leading sponsor of alternative investments. He is also president of National Fund Advisors and chief compliance officer for Business Development Corporation of America as well as BDCA Adviser.

Mr. Grady attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he received his Juris Doctorate, and received his BA from Colgate University. He holds the FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, 63 licenses as well as PA, MD, and DC bar certifications.

Filling the seat left by Tom Voekler, who is REISA’s president-elect, Mr. Grady’s duties on the board will begin immediately.

Prior to joining Realty Capital, Mr. Grady was COO and General Counsel of Steben & Company from 2009 to 2012.
