Reg A+ and DSTs to be Discussed at ADISA’s Due Diligence Event

The Alternatives and Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) will host an upcoming due diligence event July 14th and 15th at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami, Florida featuring a former congressman and an eight-year member of the New York Stock Exchange as guest speaker.

Opening remarks kick off at 8:30am EST on Tuesday the 14th with Mike Bendix of DFPG Investments, the Due Diligence Forum Leader and ADISA President Elect, and John Harrison, ADISA’s Executive Director and CEO.

The two day event is designed for broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, due diligence firms and others that offer alternative investments to clients.  Attendees will have the opportunity to network with over 200 industry professionals and discuss today’s issues and opportunities.

Several key topics are on the agenda such as Regulation A+, 1031 due diligence, and energy programs in today’s market, among others.

As is with all ADISA events, attendees are eligible for continuing education (CE) credits.

Keynote speaker former Congressman Barry Goldwater, Jr. retired from politics in 1983 and has since held positions in finance and management including eight years as a member of the New York Stock Exchange.  Goldwater’s experience in politics allows him a unique perspective and ability to help businesses impacted by laws and regulations.
