Provasi Capital Partners To Distribute Vertical Capital Income Fund

Vertical Capital Income Fund has joined Dallas-based Provasi Capital Partners LP’s distribution platform. The fund—a continuously offered, diversified, closed-end interval fund—invests in income-producing notes secured by residential real estate.

According to Frank Muller, CEO and president of Provasi Capital Partners, providing its financial advisors and their clients’ access to Vertical Capital Income Fund is a “valuable strategy for portfolio diversification.” He adds that the fund’s long-term strategy is consistent with the types of products offered on Provasi Capital Partners’ platform, strategies he says will “make a difference to investors.”

Earlier this year, the fund’s board of trustees selected Behringer Advisors LLC to serve as interim adviser due to the firm’s experience in real estate investing and portfolio management. Shareholders must vote to confirm the board’s decision on or before November 15, 2015.

According to Robert Chapman, chairman of Behringer Advisors, “By leveraging the size and strength of its advisor network, we believe the fund will reach a large audience and will bring value to investor portfolios.”

Provasi Capital Partners LP offers access to specialized investment strategies through a multi-manager approach presenting advisors and their clients with unique options for allocating capital, managing risk and diversifying assets.

As The DI Wire wrote earlier this month, Behringer Securities LP, the distribution arm for Behringer-sponsored investment programs, is now known as Provasi Capital Partners LP. In tandem with the announcement, the company also unveiled a new website and corporate identity. The company said that this is the next step in the company’s three-year evolution.
