Preferred Capital Securities Hires SVP of Customer Experience

Preferred Capital Securities, an independent managing broker-dealer, has hired Wes Smith as senior vice president of customer experience.

Preferred Capital Securities, an independent managing broker-dealer, has hired Wes Smith as senior vice president of customer experience.

Prior to joining the firm, Smith spent nearly 30 years at Mastercard, most recently as the director of customer success.  While at the firm, he was responsible for the rewards program for multiple card issuers. Prior to this, he was the head of operations for North America service and delivery where he coordinated the delivery of global cardholder services programs. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish with an emphasis on business from Southeast Missouri State University.
