Phillips Edison & Company Hires New Vice President of Tax
Retail investment firm and non-traded REIT sponsor, Phillips Edison & Company (Phillips Edison), has appointed Thomas L. Drake, CPA as Vice President of Tax.

Mr. Drake has been in the accounting industry for over 30 years, focusing on tax services. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, he worked at Columbia Sussex Corporation for 11 years, most recently in the role of Vice President, Tax. Previously Mr. Drake was also a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG, LLC and Ernst & Young, LLC.
Mr. Drake is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of CPAs, Ohio Society of CPAs, and the Tax Executive Institute. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
