Participant Capital Hires Andrew Eisen as Senior Vice President

Participant Capital, an alternative investment manager for commercial and residential real estate, has added Andrew Eisen as senior vice president of sales to oversee the firm’s southeastern territory.

Participant Capital, an alternative investment manager for commercial and residential real estate, has added Andrew Eisen as senior vice president of sales to oversee the firm’s southeastern territory.

Eisen has worked in the alternative investment space for more than a decade, most recently as a regional vice president at Resources Investment Advisory, an affiliate of Resource Real Estate, a firm specializing in direct real estate investments, commercial real estate lending and global property securities. Before Resource, Eisen served as vice president of sales at Atlas Resources and regional marketing director at Atlas Energy.

In other company news, Participant recently hired Camp Cuthrell and Omar Limon as senior vice president of sales and vice president of sales, respectively, to cover the firm’s Western territory.

Participant is an affiliate of Royal Palm Companies, a commercial and residential real estate development company. Since the 1970s, Royal Palm has developed more than $2.5 billion in real estate on more than 50 projects, including the new Paramount branded developments in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
