Participant Capital Expands Sales Team with Two New Hires

Participant Capital, an alternative investment manager for commercial and residential real estate, has added a new senior vice president of sales and vice president of sales.

Participant Capital, an alternative investment manager for commercial and residential real estate, has hired Camp Cuthrell and Omar Limon as senior vice president of sales and vice president of sales, respectively, to cover the firm’s Western territory.

Before joining Participant, Cuthrell served as a regional vice president at Shopoff Realty Investments and also brings sales and marketing experience from Triton Pacific Capital Partners and FS Investments (formerly Franklin Square Capital Partners). Prior to his roles in the independent channel, he was a wholesaler for Highland Capital and Mainstay Funds across all channels.

Joining as vice president of sales, Limon’s history in financial services includes leadership of Shopoff’s internal sales organization where he served as a senior internal wholesaler. He previously held leadership and account management roles at Griffin Capital, Grubb & Ellis, and Pacific Life.

Participant is an affiliate of Royal Palm Companies, a commercial and residential real estate development company. Since the 1970s, Royal Palm has developed more than $2.5 billion in real estate on more than 50 projects, including the new Paramount branded developments in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
