Pacific Oak Capital Markets Hires Senior Regional Vice President to Lead Sales in Ohio Valley

Pacific Oak Capital Markets LLC, an alternative investment distributor, has hired Bill Talbott to serve as senior regional vice president.

Pacific Oak Capital Markets LLC, an alternative investment distributor, has hired Bill Talbott to serve as senior regional vice president to build and maintain relationships with financial intermediaries throughout five states in the Ohio Valley, including Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and the western half of Pennsylvania.

During the past 30 years, Talbott has held a variety of senior roles with BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Russell Investments, Nuveen and JP Morgan Asset Management. Most recently he was a productivity consultant with Wells Fargo Advisors collaborating with leadership and practitioners on investment management, practice management and comprehensive financial planning, the company said.

Talbott holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University and FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 and 66 securities licenses, as well as his certified investment management analyst certification.
