Owl Rock Core Income BDC Reports Monthly NAV Per Share and Portfolio Update

Owl Rock Core Income Corp., a perpetual life non-traded business development company, has declared a monthly net asset value per share for its three classes of common stock as of July 31, 2021.

As of July 31, 2021, Class S and Class I shares were valued at $9.30, and Class D shares at $9.29, unchanged from the previous month. The offering price per share, which equals the NAV per share plus maximum upfront sales load, for August is $9.63 per Class S share, $9.43 per Class D share, and $9.30 per Class I share.

For July, the BDC’s portfolio had debt investments in 58 portfolio companies with an aggregate par value of $757.2 million. The previous month, the company had 50 investments valued at $410.3 million.

As of July 31, 2021, the portfolio consisted of 70.6 percent first lien debt investments, 27.4 percent second lien debt investments, 0.3 percent unsecured debt investments, and 1.7 percent equity investments.

July investments were concentrated in the insurance industry (19.1 percent), internet software and services (13.7 percent), infrastructure and environmental services (9.6 percent), and manufacturing (8.9 percent).

The previous month, investments were concentrated in internet software and services (20.6 percent), infrastructure and environmental services (17.9 percent), consumer products (13.3 percent), and food and beverage (10.2 percent).

Owl Rock Core Income Corp. focuses primarily on originating and making loans to U.S. middle market companies. The initial offering was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission in late December 2020 and has raised $291.8 million as of July 2021.
