Decked out in an energetic red, the company’s new website features an explanation of its areas of expertise, a map of activity, as well as links to more information on its non-traded REITs.
The website’s clean look and layout allows for easy navigation and retrieval of information. It also has a page for all of the latest company and industry news.
The privately-held sponsor of non-traded REITs has been in the business since 1988 and is active in 24 states.
Lightstone’s portfolio currently includes over 9 million square feet of office, retail and industrial commercial properties, 12,000 land lots, 11,000 residential units, and 3,500 hotel keys and is valued at approximately $2 billion.
Lightstone Value Plus REIT III is currently open to new investors and focuses on acquiring hotels throughout the country.
