MBD Solutions Hires National Sales Director
MBD Solutions, a third party managing broker-dealer, has hired Michael Roman as director of national sales to oversee the company’s sales strategies and relationship building efforts.
MBD Solutions, a third party managing broker-dealer, has hired Michael Roman as director of national sales to oversee the company’s sales strategies and relationship building efforts.
Roman has more than 20 years of securities experience as a financial advisor, money manager analyst, and distribution wholesaler in both the wirehouse and independent broker-dealer channels.
Prior to joining the MBD Solutions team, Roman served as executive vice president of capital markets for Megatel Capital Investments. In this role, he was responsible for developing and organizing strategies for the distribution and sales of MCI’s investment products. Prior to Megatel, he served as managing director of Capital Markets for Preferred Apartment Communities.

Roman graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelor of arts in criminal justice. He currently holds FINRA series 7, 63 & 79 licenses with Emerson Equity LLC.

MBD Solutions offers third-party distribution solutions to investment program sponsors. The company’s management team has a combined 70 years of capital markets experience and has launched more than 25 fund raises of both private and public offerings.
