LPL Recruits Father/Son Advisor Team from Raymond James

LPL Financial LLC, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, has recruited father and son financial advisors Steve and Jeremy Friedman.

LPL Financial LLC, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer, has added father and son financial advisors Steve and Jeremy Friedman to its broker-dealer, hybrid registered investment advisor, and custodial platforms.

The pair join from Raymond James and reportedly serve approximately $200 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets and aligned with Silverleaf Wealth Management, an existing LPL firm.

Collectively, the Fridman’s have more than 60 years of experience providing customized investment and wealth management services to a client base that includes business owners, corporate executives, healthcare professionals, families, and retirees. Jeremy, who has a background in information technology, took a lead role at the practice in 2014.

“As a family team that has worked together for over a decade, my father and I are in lock step about what it means to be a financial partner,” Jeremy said. “We’ve known many of our clients for years and find great fulfillment in helping them work toward their goals and financial milestones.”

LPL Financial provides service to approximately $1.13 trillion in brokerage and advisory assets as of September 30, 2021. The company supports more than 19,000 financial advisors, 800 institution-based investment programs, and 450 independent RIA firms nationwide.
